Only an essential language-preference cookie. No tracking.

One cookie, and nothing else

This is a static business-to-business website. It uses no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. It sets exactly one cookie, and only after you choose a language: nothing is stored when you first arrive.

The cookie we set

Name: pamitex_language_preference. Purpose: remembering the language you chose, so you are not asked again. Value: a language code only, en or it. Duration: 12 months. Attributes: Path=/, SameSite=Lax, and Secure over HTTPS. The same value is also mirrored in your browser local storage, under the same name. The site language is otherwise handled through the page address (URL).

Why there is no consent banner

The cookie is strictly necessary to deliver the language you asked for, so under EU ePrivacy rules it is exempt from consent. It is never used for profiling, it is not read by any third party, and it is not transmitted to PAMITEX as commercial data. The contact forms store nothing either: they simply compose a message that you send from your own WhatsApp or email.

Removing it

You can delete the cookie and the local storage entry at any time through your browser settings. The site keeps working: it will simply ask for your language again.
