Privacy Notice
This is a static B2B website with no database and no tracking. We handle only the information you actively choose to send us, and we keep as little as possible.

How this site handles data
This is a static website with no database. The contact and enquiry forms do not send data to a server: they compose a message that you send yourself, from your own WhatsApp or email. We therefore only receive the information you actively choose to send us for a B2B enquiry.
What we receive
When you contact us we receive what you include: company name, contact person, email, phone/WhatsApp, country and the details of your enquiry. We ask for no more than is needed to reply.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your B2B enquiry and manage the related commercial contact. We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: our legitimate interest in handling B2B enquiries; Article 6(1)(b) for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; Article 6(1)(c) where a legal obligation applies, such as tax or medical-device record-keeping; and your consent where applicable law requires it.
How long we keep it
We do not build a customer database. In practice we keep only: (1) invoicing data, for the period required by Hungarian tax and accounting law (for accounting records, at least 8 years under Act C of 2000 on Accounting); and (2) the enquiry emails you send us, for as long as needed to handle the request and the related commercial relationship, and no longer. Records relating to product safety, quality or complaints follow the medical-device rules instead: under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 an importer keeps a copy of the EU declaration of conformity and, where applicable, of the relevant certificate for at least 10 years from the placing on the market of the last device covered by that declaration. Anything the law does not require us to keep is not kept.
No profiling
We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making.
Recipients
We do not routinely share your data. It may only be handled by the providers that run our email and website hosting, strictly to deliver that service and under a data-processing agreement. If you write to us on WhatsApp, your message is also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
International transfers
Our website hosting and email run on EU-based providers: the data you send us by email is not transferred outside the EEA. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy policy: if you prefer your data to stay with EU-based providers, write to us by email. Any transfer outside the EEA would take place only with appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law.

This site uses only an essential technical cookie to remember your language choice; no analytics, advertising or profiling. See the Cookie Notice for details.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Hungary, the NAIH, or the authority in your own country). To exercise your rights, contact info@pamitex.com.
No consumer sales
PAMITEX GROUP Kft. does not sell directly to consumers through this website.
