Product quality
To report a product quality concern (for example packaging, appearance or labelling), contact us at info@pamitex.com with the product name, the batch or lot number where available, and a description. Quality reports are reviewed individually.
Suspected incident (medical device vigilance)
If you suspect that a product may have caused or contributed to a serious incident, please report it to us at info@pamitex.com, including the product, the batch or lot number where available, and a description of what happened. We take vigilance seriously and do not discourage reporting; where applicable, the competent authorities are involved in accordance with the applicable medical device regulation.
